IBI Awarded USAID/Armenia Public Financial Management Contract
IBI is pleased to announce it has been awarded a three-year contract to implement the USAID/Armenia Public Finance Management (PFM) Activity.
The IBI team will support the Government of Armenia (GOAM) in building more responsive, transparent, and effective PFM institutions, processes, and systems to implement its reform agenda. The project has two primary objectives:
Revamping the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs program budget.
Strengthening the National Assembly Budget Office's budgetary and technical capabilities.
Realizing the importance of this project at this pivotal time in Armenia, IBI has teamed with two highly-qualified Armenian partners—Ameria Management Systems and Avag Solutions—so that they project uses a locally-led approach while incorporating international best practices.
IBI's CEO, David Wall, stated, "IBI is honored to have been selected by USAID/Armenia to implement such an important program and looks forward to collaborating with USAID and the Armenian Government over the next three years."
This contract was awarded under the USAID Public Financial Management II global IDIQ. This is the 5th task order contract that IBI has been awarded under this contracting vehicle.
