IBI Awarded USAID/Liberia DELTA Contract

IBI is pleased to announce it has been awarded a 5-year contract to implement the USAID/Liberia Data, Evaluation, Learning, and Technical Assistance (DELTA) activity.

Under DELTA, IBI will provide analytical and advisory services to USAID/Liberia’s Office of Program and Project Development and Technical Office teams. IBI will support the Mission’s project design, performance monitoring and evaluation, and operational learning and adapting. These services will play a key role in implementing the Mission’s overall 2019-2024 Country Development Cooperation Strategy. In addition, IBI will provide data to help USAID implement its Collaborating, Learning and Adapting Plan, as well as the Mission Performance Management Plan.

This contract was awarded under the USAID Evaluation, Monitoring and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II) global IDIQ.  IBI worked in Liberia from 2007-2020 and is pleased to return to Liberia to support USAID with this important project.
