IBI seeks a qualified software systems developer/integration vendor
Project/Background:
The ASEAN Policy Implementation Project (API) invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Technical Assistance for the Philippines’ Bureau of Customs in the Development and Implementation of the ASEAN Customs Declaration Document (ACDD) Management System and Routing Platform using an API Bridge for the Electronic Exchange of the ACDD with ASEAN Member States.
The API Project is seeking proposals from qualified software systems developer/integration vendors to develop and implement the ACDD Operations Portal and Routing Platform, which would allow the electronic exchange of the ACDD data from the Philippines to other ASEAN Member States (AMS) using the ASW gateway and enabling platforms of AMS.
- Design & Development of the ACDD Operations Portal for the Bureau of Customs
- Development of the Routing Application of Electronic Documents using API Bridge
- Address associated Hardware and Software Requirements
- Provide maintenance and Technical Support Requirements
- Craft the Essential Legal Elements in the Management of the ACDD
Interested Offerors are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the RFP requirements, linked below. If the proposal is received after the deadline or if it is incomplete, it will not be accepted or considered.

Offer Due Date: June 7, 2021 at 17:00 Jakarta Local Time
This technical assistance intends to award a fixed price contract for this activity with an estimated start date of June 28, 2021. The proposals should be submitted in U.S. Dollars, proposal quoted in ASEAN currency will be paid in U.S. dollars using the prevailing bank exchange rate on the date of the payment.
