IBI Seeks Proposals for Strategic Communications Support
UPDATE 8/16: This solicitation has been updated with the following attachments, in response to questions submitted by interested parties. Please see Attachment G for further clarification, in addition to the seven attachments below.
The USAID/Armenia Public Finance Management (PFM) Activity is soliciting proposals from interested parties to implement technical assistance within its Scope of Work.
The PFM Activity expects issue one (1) firm fixed price subcontract for technical and professional services related to "strategic communications support for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and the Budget Office." IBI reserves the right to issue a single or multiple awards to offerors under this solicitation. IBI also reserves the right to issue no awards.
Interested offerors must submit proposals, as well as any inquiries or clarifications, via email to APFM@ibi-worldwide.com. Questions or clarifications may be submitted no later than 17:00, Yerevan time (UTC +4) on August 12, 2024. Interested offerors may submit proposals no later than 17:00, Yerevan time, on August 23, 2024.
The selection process will be conducted under principles of full and open competition in accordance with IBI's policies. Award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the buyer against stated evaluation criteria. Questions regarding this solicitation will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and proposals will be evaluated following the submission deadline.
